I would like to know why it is
so difficult for some celebrities
to not swear in Public, on TV.
I think part of it is to rile
people up and part is immaturity.
Also, why do these "made for TV"
movies have swearing? Why not
have acceptablle language in the
first place? It seems F and GD
are the favorites celebrities want
to use. Thank You.

A poem from the right

I want to be a writer, To see my name in lights
I want to be quite famous, Riding limos through the night
I want there to be credits, A star on the walk of fame
I want some recognition, A public speaking of my name
I want some scheduled interviews, Appearances on the tube
I want to be more famous Than that Moore guy, what a boob
I want a dozen options For my latest piece of work
I want to see some mullah, I want those LA perks
I want a cast of heros For my mega-hit debut
A cast of right wing actors, That represent the few
I want to make a statement Reflecting how I feel
To show my love for God n Country And do it all with zeal
I know of more like me out there With stories much like mine
Keeping values and ideas true, Not breaking from the line
But against all odds we do it, Just hoping for the best
To get it past the reader And to the producer’s desk
The numbers are against us And I suppose that that must be
But getting rejection letters Is a low point- honestly
I want to be a writer, To see my name in lights
I want to be quite famous, Riding limos through the night
But...
I might not have the right idea Wishing for fortune and fame
Maybe I should work for God And bring honor to his name
Tho- Money would be wonderful, My kids’ education paid
Maybe I could take a trip, I’ve heard others always rave
Maybe if I do His work My scripts will hit the screen
Maybe I should adjust my heart And rethink all those dreams
I want to be a writer Writing scripts that please the Lord
I want to find some favor with my meager written word.

I am constantly amazed at the hate coming from what one person described as the red states shining from sea to sea. Yes there are many of us who feel that we have had two elections that were unfair. Do not feel too confident. If and when the election process is properly fixed, you will see you are not really in the majority. As for your exaggerations, those same stars you are criticizing are the ones who come forth and give their time and money for the world's greatest disasters. Did Mel Gibson give a concert for tsunami? Where was Ron Silver--Has he been to the congo as Jessica Lange has? I know many people have been frustrated by the last two elections--but as some time in the future we will get it right---if we still have a democracy after the next four years.

I read on a certain website Gere
was speaking Arabic and telling
people to donate. The thing is,
they said they didn't know who
Gere was and they didn't want
Americans speaking for them,
we elected a moron. Unquote.
They didn't know Gere thought
the same thing about our
President. I think it's really
sad that these certain celebs
and countries outside the US
feel this way about us. These
celebs can leave the US as far
as I am concerned. I did donate
but think it's very sad they
feel this way about the US.

I read Ohio Justice throws
out election challenge filed
by Rev. Jesse Jackson who
was claiming vote stealing
again.
Will he and the loud mouths ever
give it up??
Good Grief.
God Bless America!

I don't understand when they say
"we support the troops but not
the President." That doesn't
make sense to me.
Thanks to the celebrities who
support our President and the
troops.
And don't forget everyone, to send
a care box to the troops.
Thank You!

Thank you for this website. I'd
like to say we all want Peace
On Earth but when we get attacked
over here in the US, we cannot
ignore it. It was ignored before
and then we had 9-11. We have
to protect our US. And it seems
alot of people agree with me
since President Bush won the
popular vote along with electoral
vote.
God Bless America!
And Thank You to the celebrities
who support our President!

I would like to Thank Y'all for
your website. And I'd like to
say the loud Dem celebrities
did not win again which goes to
show- money power and fame does
not always buy everything or even
make you happy!
I Thank Dennis Miller for his
show and for supporting our
President! I Thank all the
celebrities who support our
President and are not afraid to
say so!

They ‘still’ don’t get it.

By: J. Wright

November 8, 2004

Truly did not want to get back up on my ‘soap box’ again. It’s now been six days since the election and the horrid attacks keep right on. (I breathe in) They seem to have the opinion that all of that ‘red’ on the map was filled with people who either stumbled and voted wrong, were devoid of any intelligence, influenced by someone, or from ‘one’ particular group. (I breathe out) Michael Moore has had a piece of art done, which by the way actually is a fantastic graphic, in hopes that it would hurt or ridicule the President. It didn’t work. He now has a map out which distorts the United States. (I breathe in) Ah, the world of theatrics. Does this have something to do with the way they think? This world truly is not a stage and we are not all actors. I chose to live in the real world where people lead real lives and speak from the heart and not a written text. Robert Redford is threatening to leave the country as if that’s going to somehow stop our voice or make a difference in what we the American people do. Please comply Mr. Redford or just do what you do best and act. It’s so amazing to me that these people who perform on stage or the ‘silver screen’ truly believe what they say matters. Perhaps Mr. Redford thinks we truly believe that he and Mr. Newman were indeed Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid. (I breathe out) Now, the left wing media is on a crusade trying to analyze, scrutinize, and somehow find out what when so wrong as if something did go wrong. No, they still don’t get it. The Democratic Party is feverishly trying to find someone they can groom to run in 2008 and the ‘party signs’ haven’t all been picked up yet! Groom? How does one groom someone to be truthful? How does one groom someone to have plain old good common sense and knowledge of what the people truly want in a leader of our country? (I breathe in)

No one can fake the truth, and I truly believe that. Somehow, someway it shows. Truth shines bright in the eyes of a person and through the eyes you see the heart. In the voice you hear the compassion, deep commitment, the loyalty, the care, the words of confidence and blunt honesty. Sometimes the words may flow like a river, then at other times stumble yet show the emotion. They want to categorize us and put us into these slots of color, age, gender, marital status, income, etc. That just ‘isn’t it’. (I breathe out) We are of ALL colors, ages, and genders, single, married, and various income brackets. We just voted for the person we knew without a doubt was best for this country at this time in America’s history and this confuses them because of their vile hate for those of us who believe that morality is so very important. It had absolutely nothing to do with where we are from if you take a close look at that map of red in all it’s splendor. We were from sea to shining sea and border to border, and we were united. Please do not underestimate us because our work is not over and we march onward. (I breathe in) Michael Moore, and the other hysterical “I’m going to move” people need to take a break and relax because if they think for one minute that we are going to sit idle they are so off the mark. They are going to need all the energy they can ‘muster’ to run this race we are in now. It’s called the race to take back our country, and return it to the way our signers of that great Constitution meant for it to be. “In God We Trust”. (I breathe out) If that means they might want to move, then they should do so. Read the Constitution, you are in for the battle of a lifetime. In the wee small hours of the morning, take a ride down a street in ‘Anytown’ USA, and listen to the clicking of the typewriters, keyboards, or the ‘pinging’ of the messengers sending the word out. We are here, we are Blessed, and we are the new media, the new tellers of the truth whether you chose to believe it or not. Put up your websites, domains, etc. We are outmatching you click for click. God Bless the people of this great land for opening the eyes of those that thought we were sitting idly bye and being taken in. We were way to smart for that and we proved it on November 2nd 2004. May God continue to bless the United States of America and our military fighting to keep us free. (I breathe in) God be with those that hate us, and help them to understand that we indeed want peace for everyone and freedom for all. We are helpers of the oppressed, not occupiers. By the Grace of God Justice will prevail and peace will come. (I breathe out)

ps: We Love Ya Ron Silver, what a guy you are!

We at The Cruise Lines didn't forget that a lot of entertainers had promised to leave the country if George W. Bush were to be reelected President.

With that in mind, we have a Special Offer for those who still want to keep their promise!

Attention: Would Alec Baldwin, Rosie O'Donnell and her wife, Ed Asner, Janeane Garafalo, Whoppi Goldberg, Al Franken, Michael Moore and his personal groomer, Cher and her vocal therapist, Phil Donahue, Rob Reiner (apparently still a "meathead"), Barbra Streisand (who has a nose for these outcomes), Jane Fonda, Vietnamese Ambassador to the U.S., as well as the entire staffs of the LA and NY Times and anyone else who made that promise, please dispose of all U.S. assets and report to Florida for the sailing of the Funship Cruise, "Elation," which has been commissioned to take you to your new vacation homes in Afghanistan.

You may opt to be dropped off in Somalia, Sudan, or Iraq.

The Florida Supreme Court will sponsor a Farewell Parade in your honor through Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade counties prior to your cruise.

Please pack for an extended stay... at least four more years.

Note: Since you advocate strict gun control, you may not bring any, but then with Jane Fonda along you won't need any.

Staffing your voyage is Bill Clinton as captain, Al Gore as cruise director, and Grey Davis, navigator. Purser Terry Heinz Kerry hopefully will be kept somewhere below decks away from the media. Dan Rather will handle communications for the cruise

Monica Lewinsky will be the "Cigar and Cigarette Girl",

Entertainment by the Dixie Chicks, Bruce Springsteen, Bon Jovi, Cameron Diaz and Eminen. John Kerry will be our Life Guard in consideration of his past experience in pulling people out of the water (unless he decides at the last minute not to go). He is advocating the elimination of the game "shuffleboard" in favor of his new game he calls "waffleboard". Be sure to pack your flip flops as you will need them while playing.

Ted Kennedy will double as Bartender and Director of Emergency Water Procedures [and as a buoy as required].

Rev. Al Sharpton will provide inspirational services, and Ex-Congressman Gary Condit as intern coordinator.

If you have any questions about making arrangements for your homes, friends and loved ones, please direct them to Senator Hillary Clinton. Her village, paid for by the United States, can raise your children while you're gone, and she can watch over all your money and your furnishings until you return.

"Bon Voyage!"

Is this a great country or what? It's called Freedom of Speech.

Michele said @ 11/12/2004 11:19 AM EST

It doesn't bother me that a lot of celebrities have opposing points of view. Variety is usually interesting. Freedom of opinion is fine, intellectual debate is fine, as long as it's kept respectful & it is not coercive. None of which apply to Hollywood's most overly paid & least deserving untalented potty mouth whimps. I am referring specifically to stars who have seen fit to be rude, vulgar, explicit, nasty, hostile, threatening, sarcastic & just all around unpleasent in their expressions of disagreement with President Bush. Why do people like Barbara Streisand, Whoopi Goldberg, Madonna, Michael Moore, & Linda Ronstadt think it's so civilized & apprpriate to use the foulest of language to tarnish the president any way they can at a time when this garbarge exposes our weaknesses to our enemies? Christians & Republicans, too for that matter in the case of Linda Ronstadt. I absolutely don't care if Linda Ronstadt is an actively practicing Lesbian, liberal atheist or not. Why should she care if there are Chrisitans or Republicans in her audience? That's prejudice, you idiot, no matter how you phrase it & they paid to see you. God only knows why. She is an entertainer, supposedly. What a bunch of self-righteous hypocrates with overly fat wallets to waste they all our. I don't care what anyone believes or practices in their own lives so long as it doesn't harm or intefere with anyone else. I am not trying to sway anyone to what I personally believe. It's not my place to do that. It's not Hollywood's either. But I do object when these beliefs smack of treason, are blatantly disrespectful, are forced down everyone else's throat at the expense of entertainment, & threaten the security of the U.S.A. itself. I really don't like the danger implicit in their attitudes that my rights as an individual are going to be steam rolled over by what they deem as a group is right for all. Freedom of speech doesn't mean taking liberties. Not that it will ever hurt either their massive egos or their equally fat & bloated bank accounts but I have no intention of ever purchasing any of their products anymore. They are no longer fit to be considered entertainers. I won't miss their music or their movies or concerts or whatever. I applaud Alice Cooper who hit it on the head with musicians & Stephan Baldwin & Dennis Miller & all the others like them. Note to those in Hollywood who are actually literate: I never once resorted to using a four letter word here to get my point across except for maybe word & four. Can any of you imbeciles recognize when your vicious, vindictive poison is damaging, not wanted, not welcomed, & not appreciated? I didn't really think so. Come to think of it: it's fun despising Barbara Streisand, Whoopi Goldberg, Linda Ronstadt, Madonna, & Michael Moore. They've made it so easy.
